Kaitlyn Keyes-Rhames, DPT, Physical Therapist

How I spend my free time
Hiking, biking, camping, snow skiing, paddleboarding, playing on intramural teams, overall getting outside and staying active. I also enjoy reading, going to concerts, playing games with friends, and watching scary movies.
About me:
Originally from Wisconsin, I love cheering on the Packers/Brewers/Badgers any time they play. I also enjoy obstacle course races and have completed the Rugged Maniac race and the Tough Mudder. Eventually, I want to try the Spartan race as well. I was on my high school's varsity softball team, and have continued playing for fun in intramural leagues since college. I am also a big nerd, and enjoy re-watching movies like Lord of the Rings, going to renaissance fairs, and playing video/board games with friends. Halloween is my favorite holiday, and I love anything horror-themed (movies, books, events, etc). I moved to Fort Collins in 2025 and have loved every minute of it. As I continue putting down my roots here, I am very interested in pursuing how physical therapy can help social justice issues, as well as provide pro bono work for homeless individuals.
