"My experience has been nothing short of amazing. I came from day 1 post op knee surgery where I was pushed only at my own pace and just slightly where she knew I could go. As we progressed, when we needed to slow down or jump forward-we did. Because of this my recovery has been amazing and safely ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Laura at Sisu and I’ll be sad when I am no longer going!"

"Laura is my Physical Therapist at Sisu Therapies. She is amazing. Very personable and caring. She is really focused on getting her patience's back to a normal life style after going through any traumatic injuries. With the exercises that Laura showed me how to do it has helped get full mobility in my shoulder after I had surgery on my rotator cuff. We are starting into lifting now to get my strength back and I have every bit of confidence that she will succeed in helping me get my shoulder strength back as well."

"I went to Joe at Sisu Therapies a couple of times per week for several weeks after an auto accident. Sisu was recommended to me by Benchmark Wellness just down the street as a supplement to the Chiro care I was receiving at Benchmark. Joe was my PT and he was awesome! He was patient and empathetic to what I was feeling and his great sense of humor helped bring levity to what could sometimes be a difficult session. Healing is a process! It will be hard at first, until it gets easier! Just stick with it, and the healing will come! I would highly recommend Joe at Sisu Therapies. Oh, and the receptionist was always so very kind!"

"I was referred to Sisu Therapies by my PCP for treatment of a very sore and stiff neck. Have had several sessions with therapist Joe Schroeder. I cannot praise him and the staff enough for the help they have given me and the pain relief I have experienced. Joe gave me a couple of resistance exercises to do at home with bands. They help and he modified them when I complained of pain in my right shoulder. Joe really listens, does great massage to areas that need it. I am very grateful. PS Joe is also a lot of to fun to talk too. Such a nice guy!"

"I began working with the Physical Therapists at SISU Therapies on the recommendation of Dr. Martin Stine, Chiropractor. Dr. Joe Schroeder and Dr. Laura Simenson have been extremely helpful in problem-solving my concerns and finding solutions. I will be continuing to work with Dr. Schroeder as my main PT as work on strengthening my muscular system and alleviating my pain. It is wonderful to work with a group of specialists such as those at SISU Therapies and Stine Chiropractic & Associates, LLC and Tami Hill, LMT, MMP who care tremendously and are each willing to lend their expertise to help me improve my quality of life as I deal with some ongoing issues."

"After a doctor told me I would need 3 vertebrae removed and my neck fused for my issue, I've been coming to therapy for 2 sessions now and my neck is amazingly better. "We met Joe Schroeder at SISU Therapy prior to my knee replacement surgery to go over the plan for post op therapy. Very comfortable with his style. We are progressing nicely in therapy a couple weeks now. Would recommend him highly. Knees are a tough one but you have to get going right away to get your full range of motion. Home exercises are the key in between visits."

"Sisu is amazing! My daughter had knee surgery October 2022. She started her PT at another Windsor clinic that didn't go well. I called Sisu, explained our situation, and they got her in within a week. We never regretted the decision to change clinics. After several months of PT (which was expected) she has fully recovered from her surgery and is now able to resume the activities she loves. We mostly worked with Joe but also Laura and Rick. They were all great. We never worked with Dan but he is a hoot! Never once did we feel not heard. I hope we never need PT in our household again but if we do Sisu will be our place."

"I had several choices for PT here in Windsor CO. for my post knee replacement recovery. Some time earlier I had the opportunity to sample PT care at another local provider. I chose SISU Therapies this time for my recommended post surgical recovery care. After an intensive 6 week PT program I am convinced I made the right choice. SISU's service , care and staff were effective and efficient."

"I was referred to SISU Therapies by my worker's comp doctor due to a torn tendon in my elbow. I asked him for the best arm/hand therapist so I could get back to full range of my arm quickly. Lisa has been so wonderful working on my elbow. She is a miracle worker! My elbow feels so much better after only a few visits she doesn't push me and allows me to go at my own pace which I feel is important to my needs and why I am progressing. She spends an extreme amount of time with my massage and ultrasound and really does a great job with my exercises to help me build my strength back up in my shoulder arm and elbow. I feel that in occupational therapy that is most important to not only work on the injured part of the body but to build strength with my whole arm and teach me how to reuse it as well. Lisa is by far the best occupational therapist I have ever worked with. This office is efficient kind and great to visit. I am so glad my doctor referred me to them."

"By far the best Physical Therapy clinic in Windsor! Due to a snowboard accident tearing some ligaments in my ankle, I was constantly re-injuring it. After trying a couple of other therapist in Northern Colorado, my Doctor recommended Sisu. Joe was able to get it back to normal and stronger in a very quick time span. Highly recommend!"

"I completed a video running/gait analysis with Laura on their state of the art treadmill and had a very educational session on my body positioning. There was a tv screen in front of the treadmill so I could watch. She pointed out things my legs and shoulders were doing that I had no idea until I saw it and also had me change what I was doing and it was awesome to SEE how much my posture corrected even though my body felt weird. She completed a full strength and mobility evaluation based on the results and educated me on how it was all connected. She set me up on home exercises to strengthen those areas that were weak and a graded running regimen. Hopefully I’ll be running without pain soon! Laura is very professional and references research supporting her recommendations. I also like that she is an athlete herself and really understands biomechanics with running and biking."

"Wow! What an incredible place. First off what a beautiful facility, welcoming staff and very professional atmosphere gave me the best first impressions. The whole experience was wonderful. Before my massage, I tried the sana and wow! What a difference it makes to warm up your muscles before they are worked on. The massage was nothing I experienced ever before. I am always tight and no therapist can loosen those muscles. In the past when therapist try and work on my back, the pressure is too much and I walk away feeling miserable. The therapist used the perfect pressure and movement to loosen those muscles up. Well I found my lifetime therapist. It was a true therapy massage. I felt like a different person on my run the next day. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you Sisu Therapies for an amazing service."

Lisa my therapist was very knowledgeable about my injury and worked thoroughly with me to make sure I completely understood what I could and could not do and what my limitations were. She also made sure I was comfortable before I left the office by taping up my elbow before leaving. The front office staff was extremely friendly nice also and helpful making sure my schedule and theirs was compatible. All around a great office.
